These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "Magicast.ai" product ("Product") provided by Magicast.ai By using the Product, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Product
(a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Product. If you are using the Product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the necessary authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
(b) Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Product in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of others, or disrupts the normal operation of the Product. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Engaging in unauthorized access or tampering with the Product's systems.
- Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious content.
- Violating any intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
(c) Data Protection: Magicast.ai respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Limitation of Liability
Magicast.ai provides the Product on an "as-is" basis, and your use of the Product is at your own risk. Magicast.ai disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.
Termination
Magicast.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product at any time without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized activities. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product.
Modifications
Magicast.ai may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Product after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
